We make our chicken and fish flours in-house, alongside signature dishes like Okeechobee Gumbo and Cowboy Corned Beef Hash. And don’t forget our famously oversized MeMa’s Cinnamon Rolls—made with scratch dough and topped with homemade icing, to boot.
